Our multi-skilled engineers are highly trained and equipped to cover mechanical, electrical and hydraulic breakdowns and machine faults when they occur. In the first instance we provide telephone assistance to support customers who have basic faults with their equipment. If a machine issue cannot be resolved over the phone, our call out service means we attend site – typically within 4-6 working hours from the time of your call – to offer technical assistance and support.
Following a breakdown service, we will provide you with a full engineers report on your machine as well as details of any parts that have been used in the repair of your equipment.
